Prior to arriving, I looked at reviews that were not fair. I was stressing over it until I walked in, saw the place and met the sweetest little lady to check in. Everyone was super nice to include restaurant personnel. Pool was clean and cool for end of July. Hotel is older but kept up pretty good. I was really upset being stressed over reading bad reviews….and for the money…you won’t do any better. Thanks Sonesta….keep up the good work!

Overall room was nice and spacious.
Fred introduced himself to me out in front parking lot and explained to me that I can go hiking which I love. He showed me where to go and it was fantastic exploring the areas. Fred is a wonderful human being. The Check in staff was also very nice, introducing themselves to me and being kind and cordial. Also explaining things about Atlanta that I did not know about. You should be very proud to have Fred and Checkin on your staff and payroll. I’ve never been to a Sonesta and it is very nice.

Great Place to Stay. It was more than I expected. I will stay here when I come back to Georgia.
Paying for parking seems a bit much and was not a factor in prior stays at this hotel. The destination fee is a total rip off since it was not something needed for this overnight stay.
There were a lot of extra fees, added on such as parking.
Safe, Secure, Clean and Quiet!
I’ve been at this hotel over 10 times. ALWAYS a relaxing vibe with no troubles whatsoever. Will be back of course.
