Clean room. Standard for price paid. Staff at check in were very pleasant and cordial. Support person was very helpful and nice.
We actually stayed in two different rooms during our stay with a king bed that were both very comfortable. Also good pillows and towels.The rooms were both clean. The first room 208 needed some painting of the walls and fixed around the A/C unit. In the 2nd room 203 the water pressure wasn't as good as in 208. We had an issue with room 208 but it was quickly resolved by moving us to the 2nd room. And not charging us for the first night. All the staff we interacted with were friendly. The lady that took care of breakfast was very friendly and do a great job having breakfast ready.Good location,good breakfast and good staff. All in all great stay!
I have stayed here on three occasions while visiting Tennessee in the last year. Each time I found the location convenient and easily accessible for my itinerary of my trip. If needed I would certainly stay again.
