Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor

I had a great time in Baltimore staying at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor. My room over looked Camden Yards and the beautiful surrounding city. The location was perfect for exploring the city after my daily conferences. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would visit here again for sure!

the only comment negative is check in took over 40 minutes, too long. cannot reach hotel by phone is also a negative.

My room House keeping needs to do a better job, all of the furniture surfaces, the TV, the lamps (Top/Bottom) hadn’t been dusted in a while (bathroom too) I could write my name. For the nightly rate they need to do better.

Had to come to Baltimore for a relative having surgery at Mercy Hospital. We were very pleased. We had two rooms and found both to be clean and comfortable. We loved the delicious breakfast buffet, it was wonderful. The staff was pleasant but I want to point out that the bellhop named Keisha was extraordinary! Got us a taxi (a nice gentleman named Mohammad) and helped my sister get in and also loaded her walker in the back. She gave us a great start to the day with her cheerful personality as we were headed towards the hospital for surgery. Upon checking out we had Nakia (sp?) help us and she was also extremely helpful loading up our car and had a wonderful cheerful personality! We found the hotel beautiful and if needed to go to Baltimore in the future we will definitely book our stay here!

Great hotel, clean and the location was perfect for our event at the convention center. It’s freezing cold outside and we never had to step outside. The walkway was so convenient.

Rooms, lobby, gym, etc. all lovely clean and bright.

Clean bright rooms, polite responsive staff.

A major monster event was happening that weekend but the staff made sure all aspects of our stay were cared for without any delay or problems.

The Hotel itself was nice. Room was clean and immediate staff was friendly and helpful. Don't waste any of your time at the Hotel bar though. The bar tenders were the absolute worst. They barely acknowledged anyone, took forever to get a drink and then to tab out was almost impossible because the bar tender that opened your tab was never around. We tried three different times and the results were the same. Save yourself some aggravation and walk across the street to the two small bars about 100 yards away. Lot better vibe and bartenders that were actually there to tend bar.

Worked well for Springsteen. Anthony the bell captain was outstanding!
