Got in late, checkin was a breeze, clean room with comfortable bed at a decent price, scheduled a shuttle to the airport for the redeye, no problem. There's a small convenience shop across the street and a McDonalds, this is my favorite place to stay in Juneau.
I can't say enough about how well I and other weary travelers were taken care of by the manager, Cody. He took special care in assisting each and every person checking in after a long day of travel. The room was clean and well appointed and my short stay was very pleasant. I wish every hotel provided such caring and attentive service!

We thought the room was adequate and the staff helpful.
Cody was FABULOUS! He let us check in early, allowed us to leave bags after check out for a few hours, hooked us up with a great cab company. (Bridgette rocks btw) and was all around a great front seat customer service rep.
This hotel was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff as well.
