I booked over the phone, however I didn’t know at the time it was a third party booking agency. The hotel manager was gracious and accommodating. In truth I was very upset when I got the first room because it was not what I paid for over the phone. My husband and I were trying to have a nice day with our daughter, she is autistic and can’t handle large crowds at water parks. We wanted to stay at this hotel because of the indoor pool. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly, even the maids in hall said good morning. I want to thank the hotel manager and the staff for being accommodating. My experience turned out better than I expected.
Clean rooms. Anything you needed was taken care of. Pet friendly hotel with extremely helpful staff. Will be back.
