"Great ambience with pleasant and restful experience"

So our stay(s) we're back to back kind of. We stayed the previous week to see Phantom of the Opera and then the next week we were only going to stay one night again but had two concerts. Well, Midwest weather decided we needed an extra night giving us a snowstorm to drive home in. The staff are always so nice and helpful from the front desk to the valets to the concierge staff to help direct you and making your visits feel so comfortable. We really appreciated that the front desk staff assisted us in being able to stay in the same room for the 2nd night. And the housekeeper was so sweet and kind as we didn't want her to have to clean our room we just needed extra towels and she kept asking if we were sure we didn't need for her to clean. She was just adorable letting us know it wouldn't be a problem for her but we insisted it was alright to just let it go until.we checked out the next day. I can't say enough about the staff and the comfortability of our stays here. The Valet guys are so fun and interesting to chat with and had some really great recommendations for breakfast places! We listened, took their advice and had an amazing breakfast at Eggy's in the Marketplace area. Please never hesitate to book at this Hyatt in Chicago for a truly wonderful, restful stay near literally so many walkable places to visit! Lots of restaurants for varying cuisines nearby as well. Kudos to Hyatt for hiring excellent people to showcase their brand of hotels! Chicagoans are the sweetest and friendliest people around which is why Chicago is such a great destination "small town Big City!".
