We really enjoyed staying at the Tides. Great location with wonderful beach view. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were very accommodating. We were able to get a microwave and bottles of water at no extra charge. We also really enjoyed the high quality food at the restaurant Blu. We'll be back next year!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Tides. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was totally booked but there was no rushing and no back up for the elevators. Just a nice relaxing stay.
There was only one elevator working so long waits to get up or down. The ice machine leaked so the floor was a hazard to get to my room. It was frozen one morning and very slippery. I had difficulty getting my room cleaned. Sometimes it wasn’t and when the cleaning people did come it was after five pm when we were back from our day trips. We stayed a week.
The hotel very clean. The staff was great! Every one of them, that we encountered.
We love the atmosphere of Tides. the Miami vibe, the oceanfront rooms, the heated pool, the restaurant and the outdoor bar. We were disappointed the restaurant wasn't open for breakfast, but other than that, everything was great.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and bright. We had a great time and plan on returning in March.
The Staff was very Friendly and helpful and provided water each time we asked; however, the hotel itself needs some TLC such as internal and external painting/general maintenance and cleaning. Our room door did not shut unless pulled shut. We didn't realize this until the first day after we left our room for the day and came back and it was not entirely closed so we had to make sure every time we went out to pull on the door to make sure it locked. One of the two elevators was broken; therefore, we mostly took the stairwell each time we came and went because the wait for the elevator was lengthy. The stairwells were dirty and the outdoor balconies facing the street were constantly wet. It was a letdown that there were not any fireworks. Instead there was a drone show planned which sounded exciting, but it was a flop because some of the drones malfunctioned and crashed to the ground; therefore, the show was cancelled after only two minutes. Unfortunately, I was disappointed in our stay.
