I paid the extra $10 for refund protection and can’t get a human that can help me. The hotel sends me my receipt saying “it was great having you” and I wasn’t even there. I don’t think that I will be staying with them anymore. There are a lot of hotels that can take my money. Very disappointed. I still have yet to get my refund.
