The staff was friendly from the moment I arrived until the time I left. As I was Carrying my stuff to the room, my ice chest spilled and it wasn’t a huge ice chest, but ice went everywhere. I was very embarrassed, but the gentleman working the desk was more than nice and helped me clean up and assured me it wasn’t a big deal. I was more scared of what my wife would say than the staff. Breakfast, they made sure not only myself, but everyone there was served and everything was constantly stocked. Housekeeping was immediate when I needed more towels. I’m a bigger guy, so I needed two towels for myself. I would definitely stay here again and probably will the next time we play in Lewisville.

We asked for a late check out as we were moving our son into his condominium. Was told latest was 12 PM. Our boys went back to get our groceries out of the fridge (full size), as we had a two bedroom suite. The boys got back to the room to find that the cleaning staff had violated the "Don Not Disturb" sign on the door. This was at 10 AM, not even the normal time of 11 AM. They had cleaned the room and taken $150 of our groceries, brand new from the night before. After calling the front desk, the best I could do was get a refund of $100. I've never had this happen in my entire life at any motel/hotel.
