All handicap rooms should be on the first floor. We asked for two handicap accessible rooms. One was on the second floor the other was on the 7th floor. Had there been an emergency and the elevators were not functioning we would have been trapped. We requested roll in showers. Neither room had them. There was a grab bar on the far wall. No other grab bars. The grab bars for the toilet was behind the toilet in both rooms. What good does that do? The door going into the rooms was so heavy it was very difficult to get into the room. They had a free breakfast, but being in a wheelchair I could not reach the cups for drinks. They were in a cabinet above everything. So hard to access many things. We will not be staying here ever again.

It had a tub with only one grab bar on the far wall. The grab bar for the toilet was behind the toilet. Does no good there. Also, this so called handicap accessible room was on the far side of the hotel. The last room at the end of the hallway, as far from the elevator as it could possibly be. Not sure what was going on when we went to check out, but no one was at the desk. I called out for someone several times. Never got a response. I finally said I am leaving my keys here. If anyone takes them it is on you. They had a free breakfast, but most of it I could not reach from my wheelchair, as far as the cups and what not. So not impressed, we will not ever stay there again.
