The front desk manager that helped me was terrific! She helped me navigate through the on line registration because the Hampton Inn lost my reservation and did not have a room available for me and my family. She exemplifies the meaning of Customer Service. I will stay at the Double Tree every time I came to Pittsburgh.

We were visiting my daughter and she booked us two nights here. We had a king room. Bed and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was the usual plus they had someone making omelets as you liked. Warm cookies at check-in were a nice touch.
Stayed there with my two kids as a birthday thing. They had the best time! We all had a great time at the pool and a delicious birthday meal. They can't wait to go back.
Staff were very pleasant, very clean hotel restaurant is absolutely incredible.
