My husband and I were looking for a hotel for our weekend trip to Atlantic Beach. The customer service was awesome. Franlina checked us in. She was great during the check in. When we got to our room, we noticed the remote didn’t work. My husband went downstairs to complain and Franlina came to the room to see if she could get it working. When she couldn’t then she changed our room. The next room was much better. It had two TV’s and a Jacuzzi. The room was very comfortable. Also, the next day we had a great experience with Natalia at the front desk where my husband wanted to pay for the 2nd night and she took care of it and called me later on my cell phone to let me know it was taken care of. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay again.
