We tried to get a refund but we’re not successful. We are not happy about paying for a hotel and not being able to stay.
We are very appreciative of the staff helping to extend our stay in spite of a very full hotel due to a concert. Especially helpful was Dyvine who helped with our extended stay. Thank you all.
We were double charged. Don't feel safe the parkinglot was full of crackheads. Lied about having four hot tub. Management is sorry. Overall horrible experience.

Parking is complimentary. During high demand events at NRG, hotel will limit the complimentary parking to one vehicle per occupied room. Bus parking is also available for free again depending upon the demand calendar.
