The beds were comfortable and it was an easy distance to Gonzaga, but what made the hotel a five was the service. From the desk to the breakfast room to the cleaning staff, everyone was friendly and did an excellent job. The desk staff even found some over the counter meds for me when my stomach was queasy and it was free! This staff cares about the people staying here, which makes it a perfect choice!
