The staff were very good. The room was nice, however the rug was not very clean, there was a terrible. Smell coming from the bathroom. Probably something to do with the sewer.

I'm handicapped and the elevator was broken. The room they gave me couldn't be unlocked. The next room had a broken TV. The third room had no microwave or refrigerator. Very disappointed.
Booked room two weeks in advance. Didn’t realize I was booking with 3rd party. Told the lady we would be traveling to Shreveport for my wife’s surgery and needed a room with easy access. We arrive and check in and the room was at the very end of the hall. Could not have been a further walk. That night we got no sleep due to train track right outside the window with trains running all night. Had to carry ice packs for after surgery. The freezer in our room didn’t work so no ice packs. The ice machine on our floor was empty. Had to go to three different floors to find ice. The A/C in our room was the loudest I’ve ever heard. On day two we get back from surgery at 4:30 pm to find room had not been cleaned. No towels, no clean sheets. I literally packed all of our stuff and checked out and we drove three hours home. They refused to refund our second night even though we had a miserable experience ! Will not ever stay at another Holiday Inn !

I love staying here.
The hotel was an older hotel but the staff was wonderful! My mom forgot her phone case which had all her credit cards and cash money in it. It was found and held till we got back to pick it up and everything was still there! The workers were extremely honest in taking care of it for us!
