First appearance it looks fairly decent, the room smelled like someone had sprayed it with axe body spray, the bed looked like someone had took their break and had nap on the pillows, the ironing board was setup like someone had used it? I couldn't do laundry because they had only one washing machine and the dryer was out of order. At least they had pancake mix for breakfast but unfortunately we're out of syrup..
Rooms were clean; bed was comfortable; house keeping very polite and helpful. Spent three nights and quite satisfied with accommodations. Tina and her supervisor with house keeping were very nice and helpful. Appreciate the friendly atmosphere at main desk both night and day.
Unfortunately there are not many hotels in Copperas Cove. Although this hotel has wonderful front desk staff, the cleanliness of the room is lacking. There was trash all around the toilet on the floor (seems like they didn’t sweep), dust on most surfaces and I wouldn’t trust sitting on the couches.

The property and amenities were amazing the employees were amazing to us big hearts very helpful I would choose this hotel again and again I'll give it 10 out of five stars.
It was a very nice stay, once again, in Copperas Cove, BW. The room was clean and very comfortable, the staff was friendly and very efficient.

The room was very clean and neat. All amenities were in place. The noise level was way below what I’ve experienced at other hotels. The hotel is within walking distance to shopping and eateries.
