It's a great hotel. Great location. Very clean. Pet friendly. All that said the bedcplatforms are very high so its very difficult for a handicapped person to get into/ onto the bed without a step stool or considerable help. We had to buy a step stool as they have none at the hotel and the beds are so high up.

The room was clean and had good amenities. The front staff was particularly helpful when I had an issue with the HVAC unit. The only drawback was a guest talking loudly in the hallway at three a.m. and no way to report or stop it.
