There was a power outage--not the hotels fault nor was there anything they could do. The elevator stopped working for two days, I have a heart condition and the manager moved me to the first floor. April and Maria are great staff and the team is wonderful. Rooms are clean, Stephanie does a great job.
Our overall stay experience was very good. However being on 3rd floor brought us challenges. Elevator not functional, had to use.
