Everything great.
I was misled by Apple’s Siri. Siri directed my phone call to a 3rd party provider who lied about being able to provide me with the rooms I needed and the hotel could not fill.
Everything went very smoothly upon check in. However I was never told we had to pay for parking and there were no obvious signs posted. When I got into my car had a ticket. I would have appreciated an advisory to let us know that we were going to be charged or if we had a car would have been a good question to ask. Very disappointed with that. Hotel and amenities were very nice and comfortable.
No hot water and elevator near room did not work last day. Should. Put sign at entrance instead of having to walk all the way to the back to find out there was a sign on the door saying not working. Had to walk all the way up font to use another elevator and walk all the way back k to room 634.
Hotel check in was quick and easy room was clean and environment great.
Everything was exceptional, especially the folks at the front desk.
