"Disappointing"

The pictures do not depict accurately the rooms. Door fell off the cabinet, huge crack in the tub enclosure, floors have deep gouges, floors dirty around the bed platform. Rooms are alot smaller than pictures showed. On the other hand the staff was very friendly and nice.

The noise was you let people party at two am Breakfast was very bad!

The TV was very complicated and not user friendly. Upon check in, we got here about one and we were able to check in but the lady at the desk was not very friendly at all, the later shift was much nicer. One complaint or disappointment was we upgraded our room to a “lake view” which turned out to be more roof that a slight glimpse of the lake. I’m sure the top floor would be much better but we were put in the basement. Overall it was clean enough and very quiet.
