I have stayed at this hotel probably 10 times since January. This was the worst one ever. I was given a smoking room and I do not smoke. The TV didn't work I had to call the desk both days to get the TV to work and it ended up the light in the entry way had to be on in order for TV to work. There were two of us staying my Aunt and myself and we were given two towels. The breakfast was horrible the eggs were runny, the waffle maker was out of order. I have received one 50 dollar gift card and haven't been able to use it as when I call online they say they can't put it on and when I try to use it at the desk they say since I paid online they couldn't use it. Also as I have stated ear.
Recommend to anyone! The deck clerks were very helpful and friendly. Room was great.
Everything was very nice. Good breakfast and comfortable bed.
