Absolutely horrible. Cigarette holes in sheets, shower curtain. Drug attics knocking on door 4x thru nite lost. Maintenance man admitted cleaning service is terrible always complaints about rooms filthy. Gap in door, smokers outside. PS Expedia lies to spread our rooms. I called Best Western in the AM n they had plenty of rooms when Expedia said they are out. Also I thought I called the hotel direct Expedia never identified themself. Learn by mistake n this was a big one.
in our first room the heater was inoperable and it was cold. A very helpful woman helped us but was hindered by an uncooperative front desk guy who was more interested in sitting on the couch watching a movie. He finally put us in another room after saying it was unavailable. THE VERY HELPFUL Lady who did her best to clean the place found us a room with heat in it but the bathroom door knob and lock were taped in place and didn't work. In the morning a cockroach crawled out of the shower area that I had to dispose of. The bottom of the bathroom door was broken and parts missing. This was probably one of the worst motels we ever stayed in! The lack of maintenance was appalling and the price was totally out of line for the value received. We paid over $168 for that night and it wasn't worth $60. We have a bad taste in our mouth at this point for Americas Best Value Inns! Not even qualified for one star!
