The rest was good, good service.
I have very limited mobility and requested room 500 close to the office with reinversions made a couple of months in advance. I was placed far in the back with a long walk to the office or pool area. The room was not very clean and dusty. Billed about $200 more than others in my group. Desk clerk could not give me a receipt, claimed third party billing which probably reason for over charging. This is not a five star facility.

The bathtub was nasty. The sheets smelled funny. The comforter on the bed had stains on it. The heater acted like it was going to explode. It did not look anything like the pictures shown on the website so false advertisement there. And there was a funny smell in the room.
I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Check in and check out was flawless. The lady that did the breakfast in the morning was very good also. Her only downfall was she would go outside and vape. The room needs major upgrades. While we had a non smoking room, you can tell that someone has obviously smoked in it. The carpet should be changed out. The outside of the property is beautiful. The windows in the dining area that face the walkway really need to be cleaned.
This is my second time being here, very nice employees. Very comfortable, room very clean.
