My husband and I have been wanting to do a “stay cation” at Ironworks for a while now and we finally did it! We were greeted by friendly staff and were able to be checked in quickly. The decorations are on par with the name very rustic and chic. The room was extremely spacious and felt like a home away from home. We were gifted a free round of mini golf each to play at Henry Doorbaker’s (which is right across the River via walking bridge). It’s a beautiful walk that is worth taking! We lucked out with nice fall weather. There are so many restaurants and activities right around the hotel making it all the better. You also get access to the YMCA if that’s something that interests you. They have a small gym as well! This is a wonderful place overall to stay as a local or visiting town.

Very clean, comfortable and great service.
Architecturally pleasing; a very unique boutique hotel with great amenities and they accept pets.
Nice room. Wish the fireplace worked.
Front desk was very easy and kind. Elevator is small only one and takes forever. Checked in and was put in the wrong room. I did book 3rd party. Apparently if the room you selected isn't available they move you to a comparable room.. I was about to go home. The heritage has the bathtub which is why we choose this hotel. We were put in legacy with a shower. Luckily manager handled extremely well. Pulled strings and moved us. The room faced the parking lot. It was hard to sleep. Car doors, alarms, honking, talking. Loud cars and even sirens were heard all night long. Breakfast wasn't impressive. Everything in a wrapper to go except banana or apple. This room was almost $450 a night! Just expected a little more class.
