The cool thing about Heritage Hotel Lancaster is that it offers a variety of amenities including a bar/lounge, gym, pool, spa, and pet-friendly accommodations.
Hotel was clean and room was too. Beds were comfortable and was supplied with coffee, creamers, sugar etc. Bathroom was supplied too. A restaurant is there and guest receive a discount on breakfast ($13 per person) and is open all day until 11:00pm. Food and service was good. Location is convenient.
I would stay at The Heritage Hotel again! Friendly staff, cozy and clean room.
We have family in PA and we have stayed here every time we visit. Location is central and the rooms are clean and inviting. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The Loxely restaurant is delicious!
We enjoyed our two night stay at the Heritage. Secure WiFi would be a plus, but the cell service was excellent, so Wi Fi was moot. The staff is excellent and responsive.

We stayed at the Heritage Hotel as a recommendation from a local business. We were not disappointed. Our room was clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable along with the pillows. We got dinner from the restaurant attached to the hotel and were not disappointed. The only thing that could have made our stay better would have been having breakfast included in our stay.
Wasn't the nicest we've stayed in but it was good and just what we needed. Thank you for providing this service for us families.
A little bug was on the covers no big deal. It was clean. The ceiling appeared to be separating from the wall. A little dingy. Over priced for what I got.
Nice location. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Good wi-fi. Large room with Jacuzzi and king bed. On site restaurant was convenient (can get there without leaving the building). I would stay again at the facility.
