No elevator, I had to cancel because my 80 yr relative cannot climb stairs due to recent broken hip. I hope to be refunded fully.
Very disappointed in it this time I have pictures of the nastiness in the room.

Beds weren’t made. Smelled like cigarette smoke. Don’t stay. Will be calling for a refund!
two out of 10..Front desk friendly, dirty, bedbugs, TV wouldn't turn off, refrigerator wasn't cold, paid 40% more through a 3rd party.

Room furnishings are old. Carpet needs cleaning. Ice machine wasn't working on either floor. No advertised free breakfast as roof was leaking over breakfast area. Some hurricane damaged and not repaired yet.
Place is old and outdated. The people that worked there were very nice,I feel sorry for them. Place is grubby.
Booked a room on phone but when we arrived there wasn't any rooms available. Hotel looked like a run down disaster, would have been afraid to stay if a room was available. Only three or four cars in the parking lot. Will never try to stay there.
