I always choose to stay at the Hyatt in Morristown. My favorite hotel. Very clean, friendly and accommodating staff. Most comfortable beds! I get the best nights sleep! I highly recommend this establishment.

Our west coast and east coast families converged in Morristown NJ Hyatt. The service staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, everyone from housekeepers, to barristas, to front desk. I had made an error when booking my three families rooms. The front desk was our saving grace. A shout out to Karen, Octavio and all the other people who helped me iron out the wrinkles. For others considering downtown Morristown as a destination, we appreciated how many truly good restaurants were within walking distance. And the spacious, beautifully furnished lobby of the Hyatt was a comfotable place to hang out, in addition to the lovely park just a five minute walk away.

Great hotel, very clean, Starbucks in lobby, lounge, comfy beds. No complaints.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Karen at the front desk was especially accommodating and helped us obtain a driver to Manhattan on short notice.

Staff was very nice and the room was great.
Room designed for show, not real use. Nothing to drink out of except white paper coffee cups. Called Guest Services to get some and was put on hold for over five minutes. The couch is situated in the middle and darkest part of the room, without a light or lamp near it. It was impossible to read while on it, even in the morning. Only one waste basket in the room, so if you wanted to toss trash, you had to walk into the bathroom. The mirror above the bathroom sink is lined with lights. Looks pretty but is extremely hard to actually see yourself in it. Good luck if you wanted to shave. The Maket, which passes for a restaurant, is a mix of self serve and “wait staff.” If you wanted a second cup of coffee, you had to leave your table and go to the front desk, take out style. The breakfast burrito was blah and my wife’s eggs Benedict were cold when they arrived. They will never see me again.

I want to let everyone know how impressed I was with Alex the bartender. It was Friday night crazy busy and he was servicing over 25 people by himself. I was impressed to see someone keep his cool while being bombarded by requests. He just gave an amazing smile and went on with his work as if he was just managing one customer. He was always brilliant, professional and friendly. I wish him all the success in life.
