Desk clerk was very rude. I found a price in line that was much cheaper and he said on line prices are different. Didn’t offer anything.
The TV didn’t work, the fan in the bath didn’t work, dirty towel on the back side of door. We were very disappointed for the price we paid!
Amy was not at the desk when I came to check in and from across the foyer I heard a cheery "I'm coming, have a cookie, I just made them." Just the beginning of a most lovely night! It was a great stay at an impressive price.
