The hotel is very good for MAYO patients. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good. I loved having a sofa in the regular king room. Overall, a good-quality facility with friendly service.
Enjoyed every minute of our stay, especially The kindness and helpful from Ms. Alex and others. Will share this hotel with family and friends!
Being a Mayo patient and not being able to check in until three pm isn’t a good thing. I had a procedure done and had to sleep in car in parking lot for hours and then being medicated it was hard to make it to the 2nd floor room. Previous the Mayo patients were kept on ground floor which worked well.
The hotel is clean, employees are friendly and I've stayed here several times and will stay again.
