I was dismayed when I received my receipt for my bill. When I reserved the room I was quoted $176.00 and was charged $276.00. I will look elsewhere on my next trip.
I had never stayed at a Holiday Inn, because they're on the pricier side. I decided to try the one in Richland, WA and it was so nice. The biggest reason why I picked them is because it had a 24 hour pool/hot tub and it was closest to where our event was. I was traveling with my adult daughters and they loved the fact that there were milk and cookies served from 6 8pm. The staff was very nice and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. There were a couple of things that I would want changed as a customer, one there is no fan in the bathroom, so our room was a little damp as we first walking in and even damper after a shower was taken, wear shoes/slippers while un the room because the carpet is a bit clammy.It would be nice if breakfast lasted an hour longer, especially since the checkout time being at noon (which is also another reason why I picked this hotel) there were tons of kids because of a game and birthday party and so they wiped out a lot of the stuff before we got there at 9:30 and things weren't being replenished because they were closing down at 10. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I definitely would recommend it.
