We were directed to this hotel by another IHG partner because they had no room available. We were told it was within walking distance. It took over twenty minutes by car on a major highway. The staff was pleasant and helpful, but the room was not what we were used to when dealing with IHG, usually a Holiday Inn. They had no breakfast available or coffee station. Instead, they had a Keurig coffee maker and powdered cream. The bathroom had cracked tiles and the shower had a handle that I thought I was going to pull off when I tried to turn it on. Very disappointed especially since we paid a full rate for a not full rate hotel stay. I prefer to deal with IHG directly, but should have looked at Booking.com or Trivago, who did have rooms at the original hotel we wanted and were told none were available. We would have saved ourselves the aggravation and over $50 for the night. Lesson learned the hard way.
