Very clean hotel with super helpful staff at front desk.
The shower floors were dangerously slippery! My friend fell. I called front desk and all they could offer was extra towels. This is unacceptable. I need to feel safe. They could easily and inexpensively keep five rubber mats on hand. They also need to clean the built up soap products that are making it slippery. Safe parking was a challenge as well. No handicapped parking offered. Illegal and unacceptable.

We stayed for one night but would have equally enjoyed more nights there. Easy access to shopping areas and city. Very clean and neat room. Employees were very courteous and professional.
All staff were very friendly and courteous. Slept extremely well. Love spending the night at this hotel!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
We have been staying here for four years when in the San Antonio area, the front desk staff are very friendly, especially Aaron! He goes above and beyond to make your stay great. The hotel is extremely clean, beautiful pool and lounging area and nice on site restaurant and bar.
