That thing about not indicating where things are so I am delayed and will maybe spend money is just horrible and not defensible. I have better things to do than wander around with your drunk, drug taking guests. I will not be back.
Unimpressive. Room not ready. Toilet kept running (fixed). Cabinet door in room is askew and does not close without some finagling. Have had much better rooms at chain hotels.
I called to make a reservation and specifically asked for ALL costs, no add on costs later. The person represented herself as a Caesars employee. At check in found out it was through a third party company that contracts with Caesars. RESORT fee was added on, so it wasn’t ALL costs! I would have gone elsewhere had I known ALL of the total fees. Told them I would need a roll out bed, to be included. They said at the desk it was extra. Again, not included in the ALL in cost. Check in person at desk didn’t care at all VERY DISSATISFIED, won’t be coming back.
Everyone was extremely friendly excellent customer service skills.
