Didn’t get her name, but the lady who served breakfast, which was delicious, was dealing with electrical circuits blowing and still got her job done graciously, serving people when the food was finally ready! So wish I had remembered to get her name. She had a pony tail, a smile on her face and was a great person ! The breakfast was probably the best we have had and we have stayed in quite a few motels.” She did an exceptional job on June 14,2025. There were only two ladies serving breakfast and the Second Lady was much younger so it shouldn’t be too hard to figure out who were talking about and give her a pat on the back from us ! Job well done! Thank you !

The woman who registered me was exceptionally kind and accommodating. Her warm demeanor and helpfulness made my check-in process smooth and pleasant. I truly appreciated her assistance and felt welcomed from the moment I arrived.
We wanted to stay in Spokane but every place was sold out. Once we settled into our room we were glad we drove to Ritzville and stayed at this hotel. We will stay here again.
We checked in late with trepidation after hours. We were pleasantly surprised with an alert reception, quick check in and entered an impressive facility. Departed after a restful sleep and a great complimentary breakfast.
