I used a third party to book a year ago called to cancel was still charged was told by management they called me to confirm not spoke to but still confirmed my stay after it was all done was still charged a nighs stay.
Very disappointing. As soon as we arrived, the toilet was backed up and when we reported it, we were handed a plunger and told they didn't have maintenance. Only one ice machine worked in the hotel on the 3rd floor, but when you went to the 3rd floor to get it, the elevator was out and you had to take the steps. The hot tub didn't work. This was unfortunate as my son was golfing in the WV Amateur and he wanted to use it to help ease the sore muscles he was experiencing. We were there five nights and it never worked. Every time we turned around there was a problem. At times, we had trouble getting into our room and hotel with the key card.
