I booked three rooms three night stay for my associates that was assisting another store location for inventory. I specifically told representative on the phone that they need to charge the card that I submitted when the rooms were reserved. And the associates that were coming would not have that card available at the time of check in. And of course they did not do what was ask nor did they tell me they could not and they would have to have a card on file. I booked three king rooms and was charged. But when my associate arrived they did not have king beds available. And gave them two queen beds in each room. Also my associate Greg put his personal card on file and was charged 306.00 when the rooms were already paid for. So I will be at that location Saturday 3/8/25. Requesting a credit for the difference. And will never book this location again.
Everything was good, I have no complaints except my TV never worked and my shower looked like the floor wasn’t cleaned thoroughly.
