As an older building structure used by several hotel businesses thru the years, I was impressed basically how well the building has and is currently maintained; for the most part. I observed it to be clean, with a few notable ‘signs of aging’ that could be updated. I was a user of the hotel for (3) days as a local individual seeking shelter from the threat of pending snowstorm event! Staff from check in to departure, at all levels I encountered, were professional and most helpful when I sought assistance, courteous and most often greeted you with a smile ! As a local booking because of the pending bad weather it obviously was convenient for me to reach and is situated in an area with access to restaurants and fast food establishments and other businesses to address needs that may arise.

Great hotel.
Very nice hotel with clean, comfortable rooms with all necessary accessories. The breakfast set up is very nice with hot foods (ie eggs/ sausages/ bacon/ corned beef hash/ potatoes bagels, cereal, pancakes, yogurt, juice, muffins etc. we stay here when visiting relatives and haven’t been disappointed.
The staff was pleasant and everything was clean and very accommodating, definitely would recommend and stay there again!
We had a nice stay at this recently renovated hotel. Rooms are clean, comfortable with a nice bathroom, amenities. Friendly, professional staff. Breakfast bar is nice with pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, yogurt, muffins, fruit with fresh coffee/ tea/ juice. Ms. Virginia sets up/maintains the breakfast area and does an excellent job. You can tell she takes pride in her job. She is friendly, professional and so pleasant to talk to. Michael, at the front desk was also friendly, courteous and professional. We will definitely stay again at this hotel.
