We found the room comfortable and very clean.

The person who took our reservation acted as if she was a Marriott employee. We did not realize we were booking through a third party. When asked if the amount quoted and paid for in full in advance, was the full amount, she said yes. When asked several times if the amount quoted included all charges, she said yes. She also said parking would be waived as a Marriott Bonvoy member. The property clerk, who was quite rude, charged an additional $233 for RESORT FEE (Which was NEVER DISCLOSED in advance, which is the LAW) and PARKING FEE, plus incidental hold of $100, which is supposed to be refunded. When I disputed the fees, she asked. Do you want to stay here?. after I paid in full, non refundable.. What was I supposed to do? Only after I spoke with the Manager, Ian, was I told I booked through a third party. They are liars! Do not book here! They absolutely RUINED our last day in Hawaii. Do NOT book through these people. They added over $130 in hidden taxes and fees, plus the hotel added the RESORT FEE and Parking, which too were over $100. Rip off scam. For a room overlooking rusty towers and a parking lot. Very upsetting with no help from the hotel (Shame on you Marriott) or this scam misleading company (shame on you too Bookonline Liars!). DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY, or at the Marriott.
