Place smell and felt fresh. our room was made up every day and was on main florr which is handy for an old lady with a bad knee. Staff was freindly and forthcoming. (They said Hello first).
Rooms was clean and tidy and room service available.

I loved the plank flooring, room was clean and staff was great.
We've stayed at Ramada in Moses Lake for years. Liked the laminate floors/remodel. TV was often "snowy" and the dresser drawers would not remain closed with clothes in them. Resorted to taping drawers shut at night so they weren't bump into when going around the bed to the bathroom.
