I booked my hotel. I was told there was breakfast but there wasn't. When I arrives after 1am, I went to the window. The manager gave me my paperwork and handed my room key. He saw that I had a big suitcase and didn't offer to bring my bag to my room which was upstairs. I noticed right away there was no iron, place stunk, dust everywhere and overall disgusting room. I had no other choice because all places were booked. The manager did inform me that housekeeping staff will provide me with an iron the next morning. They did. My suggestion is that they repaint the rooms and do a deep cleaning.
Probably the worst hotel we’ve stayed in and we have done a lot of traveling, so this says a lot. 1. Bathroom was not clean. There was long hair from a previous guest. 2. After we dropped the luggage off, I headed out to order pizza from down the street. My wife called and said there was no toilet paper. She was stuck on the toilet until I got back from getting dinner. 3. The rug had not been vacuumed very well. 4. There was no outlet between the two beds / behind the table. I could not plug my CPAP in. The front office claimed to not have an extension cord. The closest outlet had the A/C plugged in. There was no way to have both plugged in due to the A/C plug size. 5. There were holes in the walls that had been patched … looks like a five year old was asked to do that job. And there was one hole that had not been patched. 6. Tried watching the TV. It kept glitching and it became too aggravating, so we stopped. 7. There was no phone in the room. 8. The various fees that were attached to the room were 50% of the room itself. I’ll definitely get an itemized receipt upon check out.
