The hotel lobby was clean, nicely decorated and rooms were comfortable with upgraded furniture. This was my second visit and I have placed this as the hotel of choice on my list during my frequent visits to Georgetown.
Everything was very good. One issue I had was beds were almost waist high and I had a very difficult time getting into bed at night. Another issue was the “third party” business. When I call the number on the Merritt web I expect to get Merritt booking but never did. The the hotel uses third party booking for wrong room reservation and no receipt upon check.
The staff was very kind polite friendly. I was very happy that we stayed there. Breakfast was great always stocked and clean. I would definitely stay again.

Never stayed here prior. Very nice facility. What made it exceptional was the staff. From the front desk to the breakfast staff to the maids, everyone was super pleasant and helpful! Hope to stay again soon.
