We were given this hotel as an option for our stay and play flag football tournament in Cleveland at Euclid high school. It was on a list of hotels from team travel source. Due to getting into the area late we were left with few options other than to stay here. When we entered the room is smelled terrible, the room felt dirty and unkept. The bathroom and shower were dirty and the door lock took quite a bit of effort for it to latch appropriately. If we had gotten into town earlier we would have canceled this reservation and stayed some where else. I do not recommend this hotel. We will be requesting a refund.
Left immediately and was refused refund, cause it was prepaid! Worst experience I ever had!
