Got scammed by 3rd party booking. Charged $168.00 but hotel has record of $103.00 Customer service said that it was not Quality Inn's problem it was 3rd party problem. I am a Previledge Member and will NEVER use their Hotels becuse of the quality of room,quality of front desk clerk and Corporate Customer service passing on issue to 3rd party.
Very low class, roaches, mold on bathroom ceiling, ride desk clerk.

No smoking rooms had smoking smell in halls, sink would not drain, telephone did not work, waffle machine did not work, channel changer for the TV did not work and had to have batteries. This was unsatisfactory.
Rooms were very clean.
