Shocked at the room. Dust all around the base boards. Room has not been vacuumed for a long time. Spot vacuumed. Mold on the tile in the shower. Chair in room had stains all over it. First room we were given the box spring was on the floor. No bed frame. Cleaning girl couldn’t even understand when I asked for a roll of toilet paper. Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Shows you have a complete lack of respect for guests who stay at your hotel….
Staff was professional, the room was clean and I love the hot water bath I enjoyed in the early morning of my departure.

Very staff friendly, very clean and comfortable.
Every part of the hotel staff was great. Except for the Bell men. They did not help to unload our luggage or even load our luggage when we left. Billy at the restaurant was phenomenal!
