Front staff was polite and very helpful. The hotel was clean, the bed was great, the room was clean. The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast had a great variety of hot food and cereal. Close to freeway and easy to get to. Gas station truck stop with food is right across street.This is a great place to stay.

Clean, well-furnished room (with coffee) Even equipped for a handicap room. We will be back. Highly recommended.
Not thrilled with customer service, i.e. the person at registration who checked me in. Not welcoming in the least. After a long drive to this destination, a smile and some warmth would have really felt good. Also charged an additional $25 for something she called incidentals. When I inquired about that, she said for damages if incurred. It wasn't on the receipt but showed up as an extra charge on my credit card statement a day later. I know there had been no damage to the room. The room was very nice in every way. Just not happy with customer service. Although, I did interact a little later with a nice employee who helped me out with something I needed.
Very happy from start to finish. Friendly customer service, quick check in. The room was perfect for what I needed, with a comfortable bed and a bathtub in the bathroom, a bonus these days. I used the fitness center. It was clean, there is a TV, and towels provided. They also have an indoor pool. The best part had to be the breakfast. I made myself a biscuit with egg and turkey sausage. Everything tasted great, lots of hot and cold options. I will be back!
