After a late checkin and 1st morning, I identified chips, food crumbs and unidentified stains on sheets and mattress. Very disgusting and was even more dissatisfied with manager remedy to only change sheets. I had to demand the mattress either be replaced or at least be turned over. There was no other eduction in room rate or other remedy offered. I will not stay at that location ever again.
Our stay was good. We were there in January which brings snow. Our room was clean. We stayed two nights. We played some cards and games down in the lobby and when we returned to our room later in the day, our room was cleaned and bed was made. We appreciated that. The hot tub spa was nice and warm. We were able to check in a little early. The morning breakfast area was nice and clean. My husband enjoyed the waffles.
