The whole process from check in to checkout was smooth and painless. Even my pocketbook was happy. The location was central to many attractions, Restaurants were plentiful and nearby. They allowed my niece to park in their lot when she came to visit with me. No small thing for San Francisco! I'll be back on my next trip to the city.

Excellent hotel!
We came to Cow Hollow after leaving a local hotel whose room was disgusting. Lloyd at the front desk was able to find us a room and was so compassionate and kind during a distressful time. The room was very clean and the stay was restful and quiet! We know who to call first next time.
We were given gracious and helpful hospitality upon arrival. We had a few special requests that were graciously met. True personal customer service is rare these days… So we will definitely return. Thank you, Cow Hollow staff!
Our room was very clean and had a safe, refrigerator and hair dryer. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of storage for our belongings. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only thing we can say is that the window looked out on a roof and ventilation exhaust pipes. Other than that it was fine and we would stay there again. Also it is very close to many shops and good restaurants within walking distance.

Rooms and hotel are very clean and modern, SAFE, centrally located. Restaurants coffee shops w/in two-three blocks. Don't need a car and Uber is excellent. My wife and I would stay there again. Rooms are reasonably priced.

Chris, the desk clerk, took me through several rooms and we found a quiet one off the street. This place is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been coming to the Cow Hollow for 28 years. YOU did a great job upgrading the 3rd floor.
Convenient location. We walked and rode the bus everywhere. Good restaurants close by. Nice clean rooms. Only issue was with the elevator not working all the time.
