Staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast included was very good and well tended.
The staff were friendly and helpful and did their best to address problems. This property needs a lot of maintenance work, as well as a general clean up. in the first room to which we were assigned, the air conditioner was extremely noisy and we requested to be moved.The second room had a quieter air conditioner, but the top hinge for the bathroom door had pulled out of the door and it was hanging crookedly and thus hard to close. Although the rooms were clean as might be hoped, the grounds and paths were poorly kept with cigarette butts and other trash littering the paths. They were in recovery from a a gem and mineral show several days before, but I would not opt to stay there again.The property was well below the standard that I have come to expect from Ramada.
