Found our place away from home when in Omaha. From checkin to departure, great stay. Wish I would gave got the front desk gals name, but she was amazing, which was her reply when asking how she was, full of life she appeared! While beds were a little firm for my liking there was an assortment of pillow sizes and found the one the best fit me. Breakfast nook and food was very good and laid out nicely. Shower was awesome also. Clean and was pretty quiet stay.
The property was clean, our room was clean and nice. Mike at the desk was AWESOME, very helpful with restaurants and directions, very sweet and nice to talk with. All desk people were great, but we dealt with Mike the most in our three day, two night stay. The hotel is close to everything, you don't hear much outside noise, etc. Our new hotel when we make our four trips to Omaha each year!

You have one excellent employee, I believe she was the front desk manager, her name is Mia. I checked late at night after a day of flight delays. The next morning I discovered that my TV was not functioning. Mia came to my room and determined the TV was inoperable. She moved me to a new room, checked on me and made sure the transition was seamless. She was on duty for the rest of my stay and was pleasant and engaged whenever I saw her. The room was functional. Give Mia a raise, she deserves it.

Room was neat and clean. Breakfast was good. Reception staff friendly and efficient, especially the manager on Sunday morning.
My view is not less than 20/20 on stay nothing to complaining about.

As before, I am pleased with my FEB experience at Hampton Inn.
Staff very friendly. No baggage carts and we were on the 4th floor. Took a half hour for my wife and I to hand carry.
Nice check in and out process. Clean place close to restaurants. Would go again!
