Friendly. Allowed us to check in an hour and a half early. We brought two cakes for a party at the hotel and the girl at the desk allowed us to store the cake in the hotel refrigerator and then brought the cake to the party.
This was my second time stay here. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Great location to other activities.
The motel is at the main intersection in fitchburg Near the beltline. Adjacent to the most important capital bicycle lane. Near shopping and good restaurants. All in a very good structure with a good staff. My favorite motel in the Madison area.
Met by courteous, precessional staff that made my check in process easy and well informed. Rooms were comfortable and clean with plenty of towels per person. Pool and hot tub area was clean, comfortable and had a generous amount of places to sit with clean bathrooms and plenty of clean towels. Price was very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home for the night!
